Two cows named Ruby



I bring you this photo of my youngest for three four reasons:

  • She insists on sleeping with two cows, both named Ruby. 
  • Sleeping babies are delicious.
  • Baby arm rolls are especially delicious.
  • I needed a pick-me-up after a long week of not being employed.
All good reasons, I think. If you can think of any others, I'd love to hear them. I could probably come up with another hundred, but you probably want to stop going on about it already.

    Bbq tonight with neighbours, and a late-summer swim, then a kick ass party tomorrow night with some of Canada's best fiddlers/dancers (Leahy!), possibly a trip to the local powwow on Sun., and maybe some kind of comemoration of our wedding anniversary! Seven years...whew! Thanks for visiting my blog...will take some time soon to peruse YOUR archives, too. Camping was amazing...the packing was nuts, the unpacking is sitting on my front porch, but my kids loved every moment of it.
